The Willow

The Willow is an 8-story, mixed-use, affordable housing development located in the Port Morris neighborhood of the Bronx. The building includes 10,000 SF of retail space as well as tenant amenities such as a beautiful glass enclosed resident lounge, rooftop terrace, and bicycle storage.
The Delaware
Cohoes, NY
The Delaware includes the development of a beautiful waterfront site along the Hudson River into 92 units of affordable and supportive housing in two 4-story buildings. The project site also includes a 4000 s.f. commercial building to be built in a later phase.
The Renaissance
New Rochelle, NY
Touchstone partnered with the NRP Group to build 179 new apartments, a Boys & Girls Club, and a 354-vehicle, precast parking garage in the City of New Rochelle. The scope required the demolition of the existing Boys & Girls Club as well as extensive sitework and utility relocations.
