322 Kear Street

322 Kear Street is a 3-story, mixed-use building located in Yorktown Heights, a hamlet in the Town of Yorktown in Westchester County, NY. 

Poor soil conditions required a driven steel pile foundation system to support this wood-framed structure. The scope of site improvements included surface and covered parking, street improvements, and extensive stormwater infiltration systems to comply with NYCDEP Main Street requirements. 

Apartments feature high-efficiency, VRF heat pump systems for heating and cooling, and on-demand hot water heaters. Upgraded finishes include quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Commercial fit-outs for a pre-school, barber, and retail store were also completed as part of the project scope.
