The Classic

The Classic is a luxury, high-rise building in downtown Stamford, CT, that was converted from market-rate rentals to luxury condos.

Touchstone Builders performed substantial renovations of the apartment interiors, including new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and stone baths.

The lobby was updated with extensive millwork, new fireplace, main entry storefront, and elaborate stonework. The building’s corridors and other common areas were also retrofitted with new finishes and fixtures, and the gym was fully renovated and modernized.
