Parkview Terrace consisted of the occupied, tenant-in-place rehab of 68 apartments in downtown White Plains, NY. The scope of work on the 1970s building included asbestos abatement, building envelope improvements (roof, insulation, windows, balcony doors), structural restoration, and full updating of all common areas and apartment interiors.
The project team implemented an energy audit and performed numerous energy upgrades, including a high-efficiency heating / DHW plant, energy management system, LED lighting, and Energy Star appliances.
150 Lake Street received a NY Energy Smart Building certification. Energy savings were confirmed at 35% + est. 750,000 gallons of water / year.
